Our platform operates without user accounts. All purchases are completed as guest transactions. You may choose to save checkout details in your browser's local storage; this data remains on your device and is not stored on our servers until a purchase is finalized.

Tickets are limited-time products. All sales are final; no refunds or cancellations are permitted once a purchase is confirmed. While tickets may be transferred to others, entry is strictly granted only upon presentation of a valid physical ticket or digital QR code.

For 'Pay on Pickup', bookings expire after 48 hours if unpaid. This option is disabled 4 days before the event. Instapay transfers are verified within 5 business hours. Electronic payments are processed through secure gateways; we do not store sensitive card information.
