Ticket Policy

• Entry is permitted only for guests holding valid tickets.

• Tickets must be purchased through Platinumlist. Guests without a valid ticket will not be allowed entry.

• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.

Inclusions

• The ticket price includes entry to the comedy show only.

• The price does not include food, beverages, or additional services.

Seating

• Seating arrangements may be subject to change at the discretion of the organizers and venue management.

• Guests are required to follow staff instructions to ensure smooth seating.

Behavior and Conduct

• Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

• Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest without refund.

• Guests are expected to respect performers, staff, and fellow audience members.

Photography and Recording

• Photography, video recording, and live streaming are strictly prohibited during the show.

• Anyone found recording may be removed from the event without refund.

Event Changes

• In the event of rescheduling or cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via email and/or SMS.

• Refunds or alternatives will be provided in accordance with Platinumlist policies.

Food and Beverages

• Outside food is strictly prohibited inside the venue.

• Outside beverages are not allowed. Refreshments may be available at the venue (subject to hotel/venue policies).

Smoking and E-Cigarettes

• Smoking and e-cigarette use are strictly prohibited inside the venue.

• Guests must use designated outdoor smoking areas, if provided by the hotel/venue.

Entry Timing

• Doors will close once the show begins.

• Latecomers may not be allowed entry. Please arrive on time to avoid delays.
